Valentin Saitarli

Chief Executive Officer, GevuraX

Technology operator with more than a decade building intelligent systems at utility scale — computer vision, behavioral AI and transformer architectures — now applied to firm-power infrastructure on the Gulf Coast.

Miami, Florida

At GevuraX, Valentin runs strategy, capital and platform delivery for the phased firm-power program on the Gulf Coast. The remit pulls together three usually-separate disciplines — utility-scale energy engineering, project finance, and machine-intelligence operations — into one operable, bankable system built to hold multi-gigawatt firm capacity across a 40-year life.

He has spent the past decade shipping intelligent systems at scale: computer vision, behavioral AI, computational linguistics and transformer architectures. That work started at Infosys, where he sat with the Infosys Knowledge Institute in New York and led enterprise AI engagements for Fortune 500 clients — the operational grounding that shaped how he now treats an energy campus as a large, instrumented system.

He deepened that foundation through executive studies in AI and generative systems at MIT and in advanced computer vision at Stanford University. His research posture is anchored in the Stanford lab of Fei-Fei Li — the ImageNet lineage that catalyzed modern deep learning — placing his work in the tradition that produced today's vision and generative systems.

He holds a Magna Cum Laude degree from Columbia University, where he was a finalist in the Columbia Global Technology Challenge and served as a research assistant applying computational linguistics to a corpus of 30,000+ collective bargaining agreements — work later reflected in the research paper Optimal Contract Design in the Wild.

Prior ventures include founding roles at AiMerch, a Stanford-rooted computer-vision company that came through Techstars, Google for Startups and the TechCrunch Startup Battlefield 200, and PRAI. Earlier career contributions include product work at Apple (Columbia iTunes U integration) and Uber (Uber Eats early-market rollouts), and early access to OpenAI's systems in 2019 for an applied neural-network platform.

His work has been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal and Entrepreneur. He is based in Miami, Florida.
